No other manufacturer in the world managed to reproduce its exceptional brilliance. The rich brown shades of Kingsware glaze were achieved by painting the design with a colored slip inside the plaster mold, then pouring the dark terracotta slip into the molds and fusing it with the colored slip.\u003c\/span\u003e\n\n\u003cspan dir=\"auto\"\u003e The \u003cstrong\u003eQueensware\u003c\/strong\u003e range was created using the same method, but instead of a dark terracotta slip, it uses an ivory base, and is considered the ideal complement to the Kingsware range. It was less popular than the Kingsware range. For this reason, fewer were produced.
