Shipping Policy
A five business day period should be allowed for order processing and packaging.
The buyer should allow three to five business days for delivery in Canada. Following your purchase, a tracking number will be provided by Canada Post to notify you of your order's status. For any questions regarding the transport of your package, you can contact Canada Post customer service at 1-877-236-5622.
The transportation services we use for Canada are Canada Post and Expédibus.

It is possible to pick up your order for free directly in-store. We will notify you by email to let you know that the item is ready for pick-up.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimension and weight of the items. We divide them into three categories.
For Quebec and Ontario, shipping costs are as follows:
