Return Policy

We do not offer returns on merchandise. Our products are antique, and it is therefore normal to find traces of wear and tear due to age. If you have any questions about the general appearance of a particular item, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order.

At Les Antiquités Bolduc, each item we offer is carefully selected for its character, authenticity, and history. Antique objects show marks of time, irregularities, and peculiarities specific to their past. These characteristics are an integral part of their charm and value. Due to the unique and antique nature of the items, all sales are final.

Exchanges (exceptional basis)

However, we understand that an exceptional situation may arise. An exchange may be considered at our sole discretion, subject to the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• The item must be in the same condition as at the time of sale.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• The exchange will be for another item of equivalent or higher value (the difference, if any, must be paid).

We strongly encourage our customers to ask all their questions before purchasing. Detailed descriptions, additional photos, and precise information on the condition of the pieces are always offered to ensure an informed decision.
