About Webb Corbett
Founded in 1897 in Stourbridge, England, in the heart of the Midlands glassmaking region, Webb Corbett crystal became one of the most prestigious cut crystal houses in the United Kingdom. Inheriting the expertise of Thomas Webb & Sons, it continued a handcrafted tradition of hand-cutting passed down from generation to generation.
Renowned for the purity of its lead crystal and the delicacy of its geometric and floral patterns, Webb Corbett supplied the British royal table and was featured in the grandest homes. The factory was acquired by Royal Doulton in 1969, and its operations were gradually integrated at the end of the 20th century, making its vintage pieces true collector's items.
