About Stuart Crystal
Founded in 1827 in Stourbridge, in the heart of England's glassmaking region, Stuart & Sons, known as Stuart Crystal, established itself as one of the UK's leading cut crystal houses. For over a century and a half, its artisans perpetuated traditional hand-blowing and cutting techniques, producing pieces of remarkable fineness and regularity.
Renowned for its elegant patterns and timeless shapes, Stuart Crystal supplied a demanding clientele throughout the Commonwealth. The factory ceased operations in the early 2000s, which gives its vintage pieces increasing heritage value in the antiques market.
