Superb cut crystal glassware by the English crystal factory Webb Corbett. Beautiful floral patterns, reminiscent of daisies, are finely cut into the crystal: a work of remarkable precision and elegance.
Several models from the same series are available: port glasses, juice glasses, water glasses, and white wine glasses. (A rare opportunity to acquire a complete service from a great British house.)
About Webb Corbett
Founded in 1897 in Stourbridge, England, in the heart of the Midlands glass region, Webb Corbett established itself as one of the most prestigious cut crystal houses in the United Kingdom. Heir to the expertise of Thomas Webb & Sons, it perpetuated a handcrafted tradition of hand-cutting passed down from generation to generation.
Renowned for the purity of its lead crystal and the delicacy of its geometric and floral patterns, Webb Corbett supplied the British royal table and featured in the finest homes. The factory was acquired by Royal Doulton in 1969, then its activities were gradually integrated at the end of the 20th century, making its vintage pieces true collector's items.
