Jean-Baptiste Côté (Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, 1832 – Québec, 1907) est l'un des sculpteurs sur bois les plus importants du Québec du XIXe siècle. Formé dans la tradition artisanale québécoise, il est reconnu pour ses figures animalières, ses sculptures religieuses et ses objets décoratifs d'une grande finesse d'exécution. Ses œuvres sont aujourd'hui conservées dans plusieurs musées et collections privées au Québec.
